カメラの映像を YouTube Live などの RTMP サーバーへ配信します。配信先はカメラ 1 台につき 1 つで、既に設定があれば置き換えます。エッジPC へ指示を送った時点で返るので、実際に配信が始まったかは[デバイスの詳細](/docs/api/デバイス/get-device)の `streaming.active` で確かめてください。スコープは `data:write` が要ります。
